ISOLEX activity starts in 1996 producing special insulators made by epoxy resin and microswitches (snap type) specially intended for railway applications. The skill of the employees in transport industry allows to achieve in a short time a wide range of bearing insulators that thanks to its high quality, are in great demand from the mayor company acting in the electric traction field.
At the same time ISOLEX works out a new series of snapswitches that are fitted on many traction components as contactors, power switches, controllers.
Later on in addition to the bearing insulators, ISOLEX starts developing and producing bushing insulators that are normally employed in many project of braking resistors for trains, trams, metropolitans.
During 2007 ISOLEX starts the necessary steps to organize the activity according the 9001 quality standards and in 2006 is qualified with TUV bureau.
Thanks to the previous experience of the staff in the field of resistor and the relative applications, during 2008 the company starts producing metallic resistors of various shape that are the base for making load resistors, harmonic filter resistors, braking resistors for traction vehicles.
Due to the growing demand of components for high temperature, in 2015 ISOLEX enlarge the range of insulators developing and producing a new series of glass-mica insulators.
Besides the wide range of standard products ISOLEX designs and produces special customized components according the requests of the clients that appreciate the high flexibility and prompt response.
